Roy Orbison’s star studded, highly renowned televised comeback concert at the Cocoanut Grove night club in Los Angeles, was not just a definitive landmark in an impressive career but a roll-call of some of the most famous of Roy’s peers.
Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello, k.d. lang, Bonnie Ratt, Tom Waits, Jennifer Warners and many more.
Also, as of Wednesday 23rd October, you’ll be able to find the whole performance (including the long sought after ‘secret concert’ featuring five songs performed by Roy and friends after the audience had gone home) on the official Roy Orbison Vevo channel.
