In a career first for The Alan Parsons Project, ‘Sirius’ – a key track from the forthcoming ‘Eye In The Sky’ 35th anniversary box set, out November 17 – has been remixed by UK producer Disco Demolition.
First released in 1982, the original ‘Eye In The Sky’ was a groundbreaking musical accomplishment, a remarkably prescient view of art, religion, politics and culture for the 21st century.
Introductory track ‘Sirius’ was most famously used by the Chicago Bulls, has been called “the most recognisable instrumental music in sports” by the Wall Street Journal – now Disco Demolition are bringing this progressive rock masterpiece onto the dancefloors of the world – tune in here.
Released on Friday, November 17, the ‘Eye In The Sky’ 35th Anniversary Edition is a luxurious box set including 4 CDs, 2 LPs, a 60 page hardback book and many other collector’s items.
