On May 5 Legacy Recordings releases ‘Cover Stories: Brandi Carlile Celebrates 10 Years of The Story – An Album to Benefit War Child’

‘Cover Stories…’ sees Brandi Carlile’s landmark 2007 album reinterpreted by an astonishing array of artists personally curated by Brandi herself, including Pearl Jam, Adele, Dolly Parton and many more.

All proceeds from the album will go to Warchild UK and their vital work supporting children all over the world affected by conflict.

Says Brandi: “This is a David and Goliath story. Since becoming a mother, the reality of a child’s beautiful life being torn apart by war felt like too big of a problem for me. So I asked my heroes and friends to help me launch a rock at the giant that is our refugee crisis and help in the only way we know how, through the power of music.”
